Ruxandra Fee, LCPC, NCC

Ruxandra is a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) As a counselor. Ruxandra strives to ensure her clients feel safe and heard on their healing journey. Ruxandra integrates evidence-based practices learned to tailor a therapeutic plan to serve clients’ unique needs and help them learn to manage their depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, anger, substance use disorders, and/or co-occurring disorders.

Ruxandra has a holistic perspective, and her theoretical counseling approach is integrative and includes acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapies (CBT, REBT, DBT), existential therapy, solution brief focused therapy, and psychodynamic perspectives.

Ruxandra is passionate about assisting her clients to find that “life has meaning, under all circumstances” (Victor Frankl). Her life circumstances and experiences have encouraged her to find internal freedom and meaning in life with multicultural sensitivity and competency. In her free time, she enjoys reading, knitting, hiking, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.
